The space22 is a semi-detached house where the living areas are open and distributed on different levels. The entrance level has the kitchen and dining room which is open to the lounge which is a few steps up and leads to the main terrace and stunning views of the Cabopino golf course and the Mediterranean Sea. The floor above the kitchen/dining room leads to the master bedroom with its fabulous en-suite bathroom and separate bathroom overlooking the roof terrace and its fabulous private pool enjoying the best views of the golf course and coastline. The living room level leads to a mid-level where you have the utility room with a full-size washer and dryer and a guest toilet. Going down another level to two bedrooms each with its en-suite bathroom with walk-in showers. The safari room offers two single beds that can be separated or pushed together. The Hamptons bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom bunk that comfortably sleeps two adults and a single bed on the top bunk.
